Ensalada de pasta al curry

Cuando hace tanto calor, no sé si te pasa como a mí, sólo me apetece comer ensaladas. Tanto en la comida como en la cena, es lo que me pide el cuerpo.  Te dejo una  nueva que he probado en esta última semana y me ha gustado mucho. Prueba y dime que te parece.
Ingredientes: 4 personas
125 gr de pajaritas
media bolsa de lechugas tiernas
1/4 pimiento verde
1/4 pimiento rojo
1/2 cebolleta
90 gr de champiñones laminados
2 cucharaditas de curry en polvo
1 cucharada de azúcar
125 ml de aceite oliva
50 ml de vinagre blanco

  1. Cocer la pasta en una cazuela con abundante agua y un poco de sal, dejar al dente, ver el tiempo que indica el fabricante. 
  2. Escurrir la pasta, pasar por agua fría y volver a escurrir, reservar. 
  3. En un ensaladera poner las lechugas al fondo, añadir las pajaritas. Nos falta añadir los pimientos y la cebolletas picados en cuadritos y los champiñones también cortados en trozos. 
  4. Para el aderezo: añadir todos los ingredientes, batir. Verter en la ensalada, mezclar y servir. 
Yo siempre pruebo el aliño por si tengo que añadir un poco más de algo, cada uno tenemos unos gustos.... Te recomiendo que lo hagas.
